Evening Land - Seven Springs Pinot Noir 2023 (750ml) Valle de la OrotavaSeven Springs Pinot Noir welcomes an array of clonal material of different ages from the estates upper blocks that we feel best encapsulates our terroir. These vines were planted between 1993 and 2013 and include Dijon, Pommard, and California heritage selections that in the ten to 20 years since their arrival have adapted tremendously to our climate and soils while maintaining their own idiosyncrasies.
