The Reserve Rye Whiskey is higher proof than our Straight Rye and there is 5% malted barley in the mash bill where the Straight Rye is 100% rye mash. If our Straight Rye is a sipper reminiscent of early American rye whiskies then the Reserve is a cocktail whiskey with a more contemporary flavor profile. Is it better? We think you should buy them both and tell us.
