It is the repeat flowerheads connected by a leafy vine and no one does it better than the Kurds. In this early example, the flowers are beautifully articulated, with a strong sense of stirring movement within the field. A veritable and gorgeous Persian garden! Superb colours of golden yellow, coral, light blue and various greens are set off to perfection on the midnight
