Description

KEVLAR ARAMID Fabric - 8 in x 10 ft - Ylw/Blk Twill - 240g/m2 - 3K TOW hardenerHigh strength Kevlar Carbon Aramid fabric. This fabric is a blend of Kevlar and Carbon fiber that is inter woven weave giving bi directional strength. Weight is 240 grams per square meter. TOW is 3K (3000 strands) of Kevlar & Carbon fiber filament per weave. Red (Kevlar) Black (Carbon Fiber) in color. Sides of fabric are hemmed to prevent fraying.

EPOXY & CARBON FIBER

3) Roll or Brush on liberal amount of Epoxy & hardener mix 1" wider than cloth

1) Wire brush area where Carbon Fiber is to be applied

Weight is 220 grams per square meter

(1) 16 oz Bottle of AR-3374 Resin Hardener

TOW SIZE: 3K - High Strength

23mm x 25mm x 500mm

1:1 Mix ratio of Resin & Hardener

Black in color

5) Apply 2nd coat of epoxy/hardener mix to insure adhesion
