Gut Oggau 'Atanasius' 2021 objectsFrom the delightful shores of the Neusiedlersee comes Gut Oggau's entry level red wine, a joyful, thirst quenching, light to medium bodied number by the name of Atanasius. The wine is just as playful (and sultry?) as the artist's rendering of the wine's personality on the label: juicy but herbal Zweigelt and Blaufrnkisch grown on gravel and limestone soils, leading to a gulpable red from one of the more lively producers in Burgenland. Hard to come by!
