Every bottle of Sipsmith is hand crafted in genuinely small batches

while others showing signs of grape shrivel

and its original characteristics are enhanced by over-ripening

They planted Shiraz in Barossa

with intense perfumes of red and black fruit such as plum and raspberry

The winemaking process began with a cool pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC for 2–3 days

and rainfall in early April forced an early harvest
