After sampling numerous whiskeys we selected a 3+ yr aged 100% corn mash Canadian Whiskey as our base. We then developed a complex flavor blend using premium flavors and extracts to infuse into the Canadian Whiskey. After extensive taste tests with panels of whiskey

the spirit was moved to the finest First Fill Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and laid down for a further decade
