Weingut Kolfok Intra! The Wild Rosé 2021 (750ml) CatawbaThis is the first time Stefan is making an Intra Rose. A huge hit at RAW it is from organically farmed cool site Blaufrnkisch that was partly destemmed. Some whole cluster, native yeast fermentation in a semi closed container. The juice is moved by gravity into 1200 liter Austrian barrels and left to age without intervention, stirring or additives. Bottled in February. This spicy and structured Rose is an exciting new example of Kolfok natural wines!
