Lighthouse on an Island horse drawn plowCaptured in 1896, this vintage image features a lighthouse on a small island. A home sits on one side of the lighthouse, and a smaller building sits on the other side. The three structures take up nearly all the space on the island. If you look closely, you can see the lighthouse keeper standing atop the lighthouse. Many old lighthouses have a unique charm to them, and this one is no exception.
